Pink Shoe members are eager to share their skills with others and pass on knowledge to the next generation. The Leaders Forum provides a peer-to-peer leaders group. It is proactive in empowering members and colleagues to gain recognition for their work and to take a step up the career ladder.
Speakers are global leaders who draw on the collective wisdom of their own high profile careers. This is a valuable asset from which participants gain genuine knowledge via real-life experiences shared by a diverse range of leaders under ‘Chatham House’ rules.
Regular Link & Learn™ events and Tête-à-Têtes teas provide an opportunity to network in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere while improving skills and knowledge. Participants engage in dialogue with other leaders on issues shaping business, community and public life. At interactive round-table discussions everyone is encouraged to contribute widely.
Mentoring is a key part of the Leaders Forum and Pink Shoe is able to match members with a Mentor as well as offer Mutual Mentoring for senior business people and emerging businesses. The Forum also offers one-to-one coaching to further support members and ensure each individual gets the best development opportunities.

As part of its leadership remit Pink Shoe established the BoardAble Programme to support and encourage greater diversity in Ministerial Public Appointments and Board level roles.
