As part of its objective to support the lifelong development of women, Pink Shoe supports women returners and others seeking to re-train, re-skill or re-enter the workforce or self employment via its Menternships and Returnships programmes.
Activities include mock interviews, seminars and workshops led by experts on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Personal Development and Social Media.
This unique programme provides participants with up to date experience with a range of organisations, together with a skills exchange so that the valuable knowledge that mature workers hold is shared with the partnering organisation.
Ensuring that knowledge and know how is brought bang up to the minute the Returnship offers practical experience along with one to one and group sessions for those at a senior level returning to the workplace.
